All purchases made in store or online through Talk of the Town Floral Boutique may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date* for store credit or exchanged for other items of equal value, with the exception of consumables (food, candy, cosmetics, toiletries, etc.), which are non-refundable.  

The items returned need to be in unused condition and have the store tags intact.

*Fresh floral products may be exchanged on the same day of delivery or pick up of the fresh floral products only.
